Dr. Reginald Gozun Bautista is a proud product of the Dominican administered - University of Santo Tomas, also known as the Royal and Pontifical University. It was here that he was able to obtain both an undergraduate degree in Psychology and as a Doctor of Medicine in this prestigious Catholic institution.
It was at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center where he had his internship, postgraduate training in General Surgery and later specializing in the field of Urology. In 1993, Dr. Bautista was conferred the eminent title of Diplomate by the Philippine Board of Urology which certifies and recognizes his expertise in this surgical specialty. The urologist is an active member of the Quezon City Medical Society a component society of the Philippine Medical Association. This surgeon is a fellow of both the Philippine Urological Association and the Philippine College of Surgeons since 1994. He is likewise a member of the American Urological Association .
His professional appointments are as the current Chairman, Section of Urology of the De Los Santos-STI Medical Center Department of Surgery and as the Director of the Stone Treatment Center (Manila Lithotripters, Inc.) at the Capitol Medical Center. He holds regular clinic hours as an active consultant at these hospitals. He is an affiliate of the University of Santo Tomas Hospital, St. Lukes Medical Center and the National Kidney Institute.
